Project Manager | Client Side | Commercial, Education & Retail Projects Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 Package + Career Progression I'm currently partnering with a well-established client-side project and property consultancy that continues to secure a strong pipeline of work across commercial, education , workplace, retail and brownfield projects. With ongoing project wins and a growing portfolio, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager who is eager to take ownership of projects, develop their technical capability and work closely with experienced industry leaders. This opportunity would suit someone currently working in a client-side consultancy, contractor or project management environment who is looking for broader project exposure and a genuine pathway towards a Senior Project Manager position. The Role Working closely with senior management, you will be involved in projects from inception through to completion, taking responsibility for: Design management, procurement and project delivery Programme development and management Financial management, budgeting and reporting Consultant and contractor coordination Client and stakeholder engagement Risk management and project governance Monthly project reporting Managing projects through all phases of the project lifecycle Unlike many larger consultancies, this is a hands-on environment where you'll be encouraged to take ownership, build client relationships and become a trusted advisor throughout the delivery process.
