Supervise and coordinate daily sea freight operations, including documentation, booking, and shipment tracking Liaise with shipping lines, customs brokers, port authorities, and customers to ensure timely and compliant shipment processing Monitor shipment schedules and resolve any operational issues or delays to maintain service quality Oversee the preparation and accuracy of shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations, customs requirements, and company policies Manage cost control and optimise freight operations to improve profitability and efficiency Minimum 5-7 years' experience in sea freight forwarding or shipping operations, Strong knowledge of sea freight procedures, including FCL, LCL, and break-bulk shipments Proficiency in maritime documentation and familiarity with customs regulations and compliance requirements Proficiency in freight forwarding software systems and Microsoft Office applications Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
