About the role We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join NAPINTAS LOGISTICS AND DISTRIBUTION INC at our Mapandan, Pangasinan facility. This is a full-time position that plays a critical strategic role in driving our human resources initiatives and supporting the growth and success of our logistics and distribution operations. As Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, from recruitment and talent development to employee relations and compliance. This role is essential to ensuring we maintain a high-performing, motivated workforce that aligns with our company objectives and values. Key responsibilities Develop, implement and manage comprehensive human resources policies, procedures and programmes aligned with company objectives Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary matters and performance management discussions Administer compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring competitive and compliant practices across the organisation Coordinate and deliver training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career progression Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation in compliance with legal requirements Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes engagement, retention and productivity Partner with department managers to identify staffing needs and provide strategic HR support Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations and company policies Conduct HR planning and forecasting to support business growth and operational requirements What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources Management role, preferably in FMCG environment. Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations and compliance requirements in the Philippines Proven experience in recruitment, selection and workforce planning Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgements on sensitive HR matters Experience in employee relations, performance management and organisational development Certification in Human Resources (CHRP, CIPD or equivalent) is preferred
