Project Coordinator We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our commercial construction fitout team as a Project Coordinator . Our projects are diverse, carefully planned, and delivered to the highest standard, yet we maintain a fun, supportive, and collaborative culture. This role begins on a casual basis , with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate. Position Description The ideal candidate will be motivated, organised, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator. As a Project Coordinator , you will play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of our commercial fitout projects. Your responsibilities will include: Assist the Project Manager and work with Estimators in various projects Coordinate subcontractors & site trades Coordinate suppliers & material delivery & ensure accurate Develop your skills in reading plans and taking off construction quantities Help develop financial budgets and update as required Ensure quality control and compliance Collaborating with the management team on project close-outs to improve estimating accuracy and construction outcomes Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in a construction related project management, or scheduling role Acquired a minimum 1 years project experience would be preferred Be self-motivated with a strong work ethic Have substantial experience in the management and supervision of contractors & suppliers Possess strong financial and time management skills The ability to communicate effectively at all levels Very good written and verbal communication Proven experience in delivering construction projects Benefits Join an established high performing team.
