Native Mandarin Class Teacher

Job Description: - To plan, prepare, lead and evaluate classes in a safe, fun and enriching way; - To hold small group activities, physical class and English class; - To foster good relationships between parents, children and teachers; - To collaborate and discuss with other teachers to facilitate children's learning and contribute to school development; - To prepare environmental settings for children's learning and development; - To write report and portfolios for evaluation and assessment; - Being logical and organised, the candidate should be able to observe each individual child’s learning progress and carry out personalized learning based on each child’s individual needs; - To perform any other professional duties required by the School Principal. Qualification: - Native Mandarin Speaker; - Hold the Hong Kong Qualified Kindergarten Teacher Certificate (QKT) or Child Care Worker Certificate (CCW); - Degree/Qualification for teaching. Preferably Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education; - Obtained a second-class or above in the Mandarin proficiency test; - Prior working experience in Nursery and kindergarten; - Familiarity with curriculum planning, lesson planning and organisation of documentation; - Intercultural skills and sensibility; - Passion for Early Childhood Education, loving and caring attitude towards families and children; - Good communication and social skills with all stakeholders at school Interest parties shall send Curriculum Vitae.
