As part of our continued growth, we are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced subcontractors and trade professionals to support the delivery of building maintenance services in Rotorua and surrounding regions. Please note, this is a subcontracting opportunity, NOT a full-time permanent position within the company. You must have your own NZBN and hold all relevant insurances to be considered. Available Trade Opportunities for: General cleaning Garden maintenance Gutter cleaning Rubbish removal Window cleaning General Handyperson services Electrical Carpentry / Building Plumbing Painting Tiling Roofing Flooring Asbestos removal and remediation Fencing Concreting Locksmith Landscaping Glazier General Labourer Gyprocking / Wall Linings HVAC About the Work: You will be engaged to deliver responsive and planned maintenance works across public, community and social housing.
