The Opportunity Kirimana is looking for experienced Carpenters and Roofers for residential and commercial construction projects across Christchurch. With roles starting immediately, this is a great opportunity to utilise and build on your skillset. We're looking for experienced tradespeople who can confidently work across a range of construction projects, delivering quality workmanship while working safely and efficiently. What We're Looking For You'll work alongside experienced construction teams across a variety of residential and commercial projects. You'll need to work safely, follow instructions and plans, and deliver accurate, high-quality workmanship. Carry out general carpentry, framing, fixing and construction duties across residential and commercial sites Complete roofing installations, repairs, maintenance and associated roofing work Measure, cut, assemble and install timber, framing, roofing materials and building components Read and follow construction drawings, plans, specifications and measurements Work safely and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship Previous residential or commercial carpentry or roofing experience is essential Site Safe and other relevant trade tickets and licences an advantage You'll need relevant residential or commercial construction experience, a strong work history and references that support your experience and standard of work.
