What's On Offer ✅ Above-industry EBA rates and excellent employment conditions ✅ Regular overtime and penalty rate opportunities ✅ Ongoing opportunities to gain E nergy Queensland/Core work uplifts and authorisations ✅ Company-funded training and career development pathways ✅ Long-term, stable local work with a growing business ✅ Employee benefits program including Perkbox, providing discounts, rewards and wellbeing benefits ✅ Supportive team culture with a genuine safety-first approach ✅ Modern fleet, quality equipment and established systems ✅ Immediate start available Key Responsibilities Operate excavators, skid steers and associated plant for trenching, conduit and pit installation Excavate safely around live and existing underground services Operate small combo plant and attachments Complete daily pre-start inspections and routine maintenance Assist with labouring tasks as required to support project delivery Work safely in accordance with SWMS, project requirements and company procedures Collaborate effectively with site crews, supervisors and project teams Participate in shift work when required by project demands Essential Qualifications & Experience Construction Industry White Card HR Licence Excavator Ticket and demonstrated operating experience Skid Steer Ticket and demonstrated operating experience Experience operating combo setups and heavy vehicles Proven ability to excavate safely around underground services Previous experience within civil, electrical, road infrastructure or utility construction projects Strong commitment to safety, quality and environmental compliance Physically fit and capable of manual tasks when required Good communication, literacy and computer skills Reliable, punctual and self-motivated Ability to plan and manage daily work activities Team-focused attitude with a positive work ethic Why Join Trafflec?
