Civil Concretors/Excavator Operators

CIVIL CONSTRUCTION ALL-ROUNDERS – EXCAVATOR OPERATORS South East Queensland | Long-Term Civil Projects | Temp-to-Perm Opportunities Wyn & Co is currently working with multiple well-established civil construction clients who are seeking experienced Civil Construction All-Rounders to join ongoing projects across Brisbane’s Northern suburbs . We are looking for experienced Excavator Operators who are also confident with concreting, labouring and finishing works and are keen to build on their experience within civil construction. Rates are based on experience, with penalties, Super and overtime paid weekly. These are long-term, ongoing positions , with temp-to-perm opportunities available for the right candidates. ABOUT THE ROLES: Successful candidates will have strong civil construction experience and be capable of working across excavation, concreting and general civil duties. To be considered, you will have: 3+ years’ excavator operating experience on civil construction projects - in particular, seawalls and boat ramps, would be desirable. Relevant RII tickets/licences Proven experience operating excavators using GPS – Trimble and/or Topcon. Experience using multiple excavator attachments Final trim and detailed excavation experience highly desirable Ability to collaborate effectively with operators, trades and labourers Proven concreting experience, including: Reading plans Setting formwork/timbers Placing reinforcement/reo Assisting with concrete pours Concrete finishing Experience working in beach and tidal environments is highly desirable Strong understanding of workplace health and safety guidelines Reliable, respectful, and team-oriented attitude White Card and relevant tickets/licences Reliable transport and your own required PPE Immediate availability WHAT'S ON OFFER: Long-term, ongoing civil projects Work across Northern Brisbane Competitive hourly rates based on experience Penalty rates and overtime paid weekly Opportunity for temp-to-perm employment Consistent work with established civil construction companies READY FOR YOUR NEXT CIVIL ROLE?
