Te kōwhiringa | The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for someone with practical experience in civil construction, concreting, or reinstatement works to join our Auckland Water Reinstatement team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality reinstatement works following water network repairs, ensuring infrastructure and public spaces are restored safely, efficiently, and to the required standards. The position primarily involves concrete reinstatement but also includes asphalt, chip seal and turf restoration works. You'll work as part of a dedicated field team, operating plant and equipment, completing reinstatement activities, liaising with customers and stakeholders, and ensuring all works meet Auckland Transport specifications and Downer's high standards for quality and safety. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll take pride in delivering quality workmanship while contributing to projects that help keep Auckland communities connected and thriving. Ngā pūkenga matua | Important Skills You'll be a motivated and safety-focused individual who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in delivering quality results.
