Minimum of 30hrs of work per week, including Monday to Friday and weekend shifts Hourly rate of pay $40 per hour, depending on experience Tasks that you would carry out: Building Wash via abseil including Roof Washing and Gutter Cleaning Exterior Commercial Window and Screen Cleaning via abseil Assist other trades with accessing challenging areas (e.g., construction installations, repairs) via abseiling or Elevated Work Platforms (EWP). Water Blasting Glazing and Window Replacement Building Repairs, Painting and Restoration Work Manage Pigeon and Pest Control Perform Silicon and Joint Repairs Other related duties as may be assigned.
