Parts Advisor at Pacific Toyota

Pacific Toyota is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our existing team of parts professionals. We’re open to applications from a range of skillsets and experiences and will customise the remuneration to suit. We have full Toyota Stores in Tauranga and Whakatāne and service centres in Tauriko and Bayfair. We’re also a member of the Miles Group, one of the country’s leading independent automotive groups, representing 20 vehicle brands throughout New Zealand. About the role Help our customers (trade, retail, internal) to find and purchase parts and accessories through email, over the phone, and to walk-in customers Maintain and build relationships with customers and key accounts Provide inventory management and ordering support Assist in co-ordinating with Toyota New Zealand’s campaigns, reports, and other requirements Meet training requirements and build your profile It will go without saying that you’ll be team player who prides yourself in your ‘can do’ attitude, your people and customer service skills, and your professional approach to your work. Accuracy in computers and attention to detail is important for this role. You'll be working alongside others in our parts team along with those from our service, sales, admin, and marketing teams to deliver a level of service that is second-to-none.
