We are expanding our team and looking for an HR Officer who will be instrumental in developing strong people operations, ensuring compliance with labor standards, and promoting a high-performance, growth-oriented culture. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting, screening, interviews, and job offers. Coordinate with department heads on manpower needs and hiring plans. Prepare job descriptions, contracts, and onboarding schedules. Conduct employee orientations and ensure smooth integration into teams. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement Support employee engagement programs, recognition activities, and internal communications. Handle employee feedback, minor disputes, and assist in implementing corrective actions when necessary. Maintain healthy work relationships between management and employees. 3. Performance & Development Oversee quarterly staff evaluations and compile HR reports for management review. Support learning and development initiatives across departments. Assist in the implementation of coaching, performance improvement, and recognition systems. 4. HR Administration & Compliance Maintain accurate employee records and 201 files. Monitor attendance, leaves, and disciplinary records in coordination with supervisors. Ensure compliance with DOLE standards and statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR). Prepare HR reports, memos, and other official documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field (with experience preferred). HR experience in a fast-paced or multi-department setup is preferred. Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS/ERP systems. Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
