As a Talent Acquisition in Talent Trader, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and placing top talents across various industries while partnering closely with clients to understand their hiring needs. 💼 Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates Understand client requirements and provide strategic hiring solutions Proactively source candidates through different job portals and networking Conduct interviews and provide professional career advice to candidates Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to team success 🎯 Requirements No experience needed, We hire for a good character. Our starting salary across all fresh graduates starts at 20,000 gross salary Hiring Process Information 1. Application Screening Review resumes (Expected Salary, Fresh Graduates, Location) 2. Assessment & Interview Orientation (Orient all applicants regarding the company culture, challenges, rejection, KPI, competition, etc.) Fill out the application form and conduct a practical assessment 1st Round Interview (those who will pass the initial hiring process will be invited for the 2nd round [a1.1]interview) 2nd Round Interview with Recruitment Supervisor – (those who will pass the 2nd round interview will proceed to the final interview) Final Round Interview with Branch Manager (those who will ace the final interview will undergo 1 week of training) Note: 3 above processes can be interchangeable depending on the numbers of applicants 3. Training & Final Assessment Those who will pass the final round interview will undergo 1 week of training (allowance will be provided) Once the applicants pass the training and final assessment, they will be offered. 4.
