Residential Project Coordinator

Our client is a well-established residential builder with a strong pipeline of Class 2 projects across Sydney. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of large-scale apartment developments. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, consultants and subcontractors, you will play a key role in coordinating project activities, maintaining project controls and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of Class 2 residential apartment projects throughout the full project lifecycle. Coordinate RFIs, project documentation, consultant communications and subcontractor correspondence. Assist with procurement, package management and subcontractor engagement. Monitor project programmes and support project reporting requirements. Maintain document control systems and ensure project compliance requirements are met. Assist with contract administration, variations and project commercial activities. Coordinate stakeholder communications across internal and external project teams. Support quality assurance processes, defect management and project handovers. About You Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Project Engineer or similar construction support role. Demonstrated experience working on Class 2 residential apartment projects in NSW . Exposure to projects valued at $30M+ . Strong understanding of residential construction and project delivery processes. Experience supporting procurement, RFIs, variations, document control and stakeholder management. Familiarity with NSW Class 2 compliance requirements and construction regulations. Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with construction management platforms such as Procore, Aconex, Autodesk Build or similar. What's on Offer Join a respected residential builder with a strong Sydney project pipeline.
