About the role Baileys Concrete is a family-owned business delivering ready-mix concrete to commercial and residential customers throughout Otago. We are looking for a motivated Concrete Cadet Driver to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to start or continue building a career in the concrete and transport industry while gaining valuable licences, skills, and hands-on experience. Key responsibilities Driving a range of trucks, including mini trucks, 6-wheelers, and 8-wheelers Supporting daily concrete delivery operations Learning industry best practices from experienced drivers Developing driving and concrete industry skills Working as part of a supportive and inclusive team What We’re Looking For Someone who: Maybe you’re just starting out in your career, have been driving for years, or are looking for a career change — we’re interested in the person, not just your experience. What matters most to us is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
