Overview Set on over 650 acres of lush green fairways, rolling hills and gentle streams, Millbrook Resort is an internationally acclaimed, luxury lifestyle resort, and we are proud to be an employer of choice within New Zealand. We seek exceptional people like yourself who are passionate about greenkeeping to come and join our amazing team! This role would start in August or September 2026, ready for the busy summer season. The Role Millbrook Resort has two iconic and award winning 18-hole championship golf courses, which are renowned as world-class in terms of design, beauty and are well-known for hosting the NZ Open. The role is vital in maintaining and presenting the golf course to the highest championship standards, in addition to project work on the course. We offer comprehensive training and development programs with an emphasis on excellent long-term career growth. As well as, being a part of a collaborative team, focusing on delivering an exceptional golfing experience for our guests and members. Success Profile Either three years of relevant experience required or a qualification in Turf Management Spraying experience is highly desirable Sound knowledge of golf course maintenance High level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills Great communication skills, coupled with a “can do” attitude Ability to work on own initiative, as well as work as an effective team player Experience with machinery or manual power equipment Must be physically fit, as the role requires manual handling Full, clean driver’s licence is essential Location: Arrowtown, Queenstown Hours: Full Time, Casual and Fixed Term opportunities available Working at Millbrook At Millbrook, our people are our greatest assets.
