F45 Group Fitness Trainer – Leppington Are you energetic, professional and passionate about helping people get results? Can you confidently lead a room, bring great energy and make every member feel welcome? F45 Training Leppington is looking for a passionate Group Fitness Trainer to join our team. About the role Coach groups of up to 36 members Deliver confident, high-energy and professional sessions Arrive on time, prepared and familiar with the workout and movements before every shift Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings and weekends Set up and pack away equipment safely and efficiently Create a welcoming and supportive environment for all members Build strong relationships with members and help them achieve their goals Assist with social media, sales, lead generation and member retention when required Bring a positive attitude and genuine passion for coaching What we’re looking for Certificate III in Fitness Current First Aid & CPR Strong communication and people skills Reliable, punctual and well prepared Group training experience preferred We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their coaching, enjoys being part of a team and wants to contribute to a fun, positive and growing studio.
