Role Overview: We are seeking a technically skilled and solutions-focused Product Supporter to join our Group Aftersales team. This role provides comprehensive product and technical support to the EMD Dealer Network across Audi, CUPRA, Škoda and Volkswagen brands. You’ll manage tooling requirements, diagnostic platforms, warranty adjudication, and recall/workshop campaigns, while liaising with global manufacturers and supporting emergency services. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Provide technical support and coaching to the EMD Dealer Network. Liaise with manufacturers and regional offices to resolve technical issues. Manage diagnostic software platforms (ODIS, GEKO, VAS 505X) and user access. Coordinate tooling requirements, ordering, dispatch, and invoicing. Support warranty and motoring plan adjudication. Administer product recalls and workshop campaigns. Deliver in-dealership technical training and support training sessions. Analyse factory reporting and key KPI measures to drive technical performance improvements. Assist NZ Police and St Johns with vehicle setup and ongoing technical support. Maintain technical literature and ensure process efficiency across support functions.
