Full-time ( Monday- Friday) 40 hours per week Overtime for call outs/after work hours Duties & Responsibilities Include: Provide leadership, guidance and support to the team Foster a culture of learning and development Oversee the installation, repair and maintenance of HVAC Plan and schedule HVAC projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation Coordinate with internal and external stake holders Contribute to budget planning and cost control initiatives Our Ideal Candidate: HVAC Trade Certificate Holds a Full Drivers License Holds EST or Full Electrical License Has at least 2yrs' supervisory experience Preferably holds EWP, Site Safe, Handlers License for Gas Demonstrates strong Health and Safety Awareness Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to join TPS, apply now!
