About the role The HR Manager oversees human resources operations for a restaurant group, managing recruitment, payroll, employee relations, training, and compliance across multiple locations. The role is based at the head office (Silom, Sathorn) with occasional visits to restaurant branches. Key responsibilities Plan and conduct recruitment for all positions (restaurant managers, cooks, service staff, dishwashers, etc.) to meet operational needs Manage time and attendance systems, coordinate shift schedules with branch managers, and calculate salaries, overtime, and service charges Communicate and enforce company policies, handle employee complaints, resolve workplace conflicts, and foster a positive work environment Conduct new employee orientation and collaborate with management on employee development planning to maintain service standards Handle social security, tax matters, and manage documentation for foreign workers (MOU, Work Permit) where applicable About you Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Political Science, or related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist roles Strong knowledge and understanding of Thai labour law Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Flexible and able to manage time for field visits to branches Experience in F&B or service industry is highly valued Benefits Travel allowance Social security Special discounts on meals at group restaurants Annual bonus (based on company performance)
