Defence Project Contract Administrator

Contracts Admin with 8+ years projects experience; managing the end-to-end project admin support on major projects. Base Criteria You will ideally hold over 8 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator working across major Defence Base or Federal Government upgrade or major projects running the Site Office. This role will lead the coordination of administration tasks, filing, meetings, minutes and ensuring the distribution of updated plans / variations / scopes, organising materials and labour, booking travel and general support, freeing the projects team to deliver. Outline Duties Providing a hands-on Contracts Admin role, supporting from preliminary project stages supporting BIM / 3D Modelling teams and Planning prior to project commencement. Thereafter managing the admin support of project delivery teams, supporting commercial and timescale reporting. Skills and Attributes Australian Citizen (NV1 / NV2 required) 8+ years Defence Contracts Admin experience Strong Coordination, Organisational and Administrative skills. Quality-focussed on report generation Proven experience working as a Contracts Admin on Defence Infrastructure projects (ideally $15m+) Engaging personality and strong client presentation skills.
