About the role A Business Analyst role focused on analyzing and improving business processes to enhance operational efficiency, gathering business requirements from stakeholders, and designing solutions across business and technical dimensions. Key responsibilities Analyze and improve Business Process to increase work efficiency Gather and analyze Business Requirements from Stakeholders Prepare Business Process Model, Process Flow, Use Case and related documentation Analyze data and prepare SQL Query Design and present solution approaches for both Business and Technical aspects Coordinate with IT team and relevant departments Present analysis results and recommendations to Stakeholders and management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT or related field Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience Experience in Business Process Modeling & Documentation Able to use SQL and have Data Analysis skills Skills in Requirement Gathering, Documentation and Stakeholder Management Good communication in Thai and English Experience in Corporate Banking will be considered specially
