About the role As the Human Resources Manager at ZC New Horizon Distribution Corp', you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's talent management strategy and driving its human capital agenda. This full-time position is based in Kasanyangan, Zamboanga City, Zamboanga Del Sur, and will see you leading a team to ensure the company attracts, develops and retains the best talent. What you'll be doing Developing and implementing comprehensive HR policies, procedures and best practices to support the organization's strategic objectives Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations Collaborating with business leaders to identify and address talent gaps, and designing tailored talent development solutions Advising on compensation and benefits strategies to ensure the company remains competitive in the market Fostering a positive, inclusive and engaging work culture that aligns with the company's values Ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations Providing strategic HR guidance to the senior management team and acting as a trusted business partner What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior HR management role, preferably within the distribution or logistics industry Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies and initiatives Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and best HR practices Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities Proficient in HR technology and data analytics to drive evidence-based decision making We encourage a healthy work-life balance and offer flexible working arrangements to support our employees' needs.
