Business Analyst (Health Tech Business)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Analyst to gather and analyze requirements, design effective solutions, and create clear documentation to guide UX/UI, System Analysts, and development teams. You will ensure our HIS products meet business goals with strong functionality, usability, and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze requirements with stakeholders; map workflows and propose improvements. Document business requirements, functional specs, and user stories. Design solutions aligned with product strategy and user needs; collaborate with UX/UI. Advocate for excellent user experience in healthcare technology. Prioritize features using Agile methods with product owners and stakeholders. Collaborate on design, development, and implementation of solutions compliant with standards. Deliver training and go-live support for end-users. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, run workshops, and facilitate consensus. Provide reports on project progress and metrics. Stay updated on industry trends, improve processes, and share knowledge. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 2-3+ years as a Business Analyst in software/system implementation. Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication in Thai and English. Knowledge of Agile, SQL/databases, and software design principles. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and creating clear documentation. Ability to train users and support go-live Able to travel to other provinces
