Project Manager – Data Centre/Fit-Out

$150,000 base + super + car allowance + quarterly bonuses | $250K+ total package potential About the role Reporting to the Head of Project Operations, you will manage construction projects end-to-end and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal stakeholders. You will remain closely involved in the details of data centre construction and internal fit-out delivery across Victoria. Key responsibilities Planning, programming and resource scheduling Managing internal fit-out packages including walls, ceilings, racks, steel and carpentry Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and site teams Managing procurement, logistics and site installation Budget management, forecasting, progress claims and variations Client and stakeholder communication Quality assurance, inspections, defects and handover Driving projects to completion on time, within budget and to the required quality standard About you Strong Project Management experience within commercial construction, fit-out, interiors or specialist contracting Hands-on experience coordinating multiple trade packages and site delivery Exposure to walls, ceilings, steel, carpentry, joinery, modular systems or similar fit-out packages Strong commercial capability across budgets, procurement, variations and project costs Good programming, sequencing and subcontractor management skills Strong client, builder and consultant communication A practical, hands-on approach to resolving site issues Previous data centre experience will be viewed favourably, particularly where combined with strong commercial fit-out delivery capability. This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on Project Manager who enjoys technical detail in construction, site coordination, and end-to-end project ownership.
