About the role The HR Generalist is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, HR administration, and other general HR functions. The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and independent HR professional who can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site organization. Key responsibilities Effectively manage employee concerns, workplace issues, and disciplinary matters Respond to employee concerns and grievances within established HR timelines Ensure proper documentation and handling of disciplinary cases Prepare NTEs, notices, administrative hearing documents, and other ER documentation accurately and on time Drive an effective and consistent performance management process Ensure timely completion of performance evaluations and related documentation Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) Provide efficient and reliable HR support across the employee lifecycle Support onboarding, employee movement, transfers, promotions, and separation processes Submit required HR reports within deadlines and maintain accurate HR trackers and databases About you Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced organization Strong experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management Working knowledge of HR policies, labor standards, and employee documentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Keen attention to detail and highly organized Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Can work independently with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace and HR systems
