Responsibilities: Managing the full employee lifecycle for Retail PC and E-commerce employees : hiring → onboarding → payroll & benefits → performance → resignation. Preparing employment contracts, coordinating orientations, and managing probation reviews. Ensuring compliance with Thai labor law, SSO, and tax regulations. Collaborating with internal teams and clients to drive HR process improvements and ensure smooth HR operations across Retail and E-commerce projects . Qualifications: Having 5+ years of HR management experience in medium to large organizations. Possessing strong knowledge of Thai labor law, SSO, tax, and HR best practices. Having experience in high-volume payroll processing, preferably within manufacturing, retail, or restaurant/F&B businesses. Being detail-oriented with excellent communication skills in English. Company Benefits: OPD coverage: Baht 1,200 per visit (30 visits per policy, pro-rated for employees joining during the year). IPD coverage: Baht 1,800 per day. ER coverage: Baht 4,000 per accident. Annual leave: 15 working days after completing the probation period (pro-rated). Business leave: 3 days with pay. Sick leave: 30 days. Social security. Performance bonus. Providing parking support. Provident fund (3%). Mobile phone and a laptop.
