Job Description We are one of China’s leading suppliers of precision air conditioning and cooling solutions for data centers , serving top-tier Chinese internet companies such as ByteDance, Alibaba, Tencent , as well as telecom operators and other major industries. As we expand our business into Thailand and the Southeast Asian (ASEAN) market , we are looking for motivated and results-driven professionals to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for precision air conditioning and cooling solutions across data centers, enterprise customers, telecom operators, and industrial channel partners in Southeast Asia. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, system integrators, distributors, OEM partners, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and market penetration. Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs through proactive pipeline management, customer engagement, and timely follow-up. Collaborate with internal technical teams to develop comprehensive technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements. Work closely with marketing and product management teams to gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to support product positioning and business development. Monitor project execution and coordinate closely with delivery and service teams to ensure smooth installation, commissioning, and overall customer satisfaction. Conduct regular customer visits, business development activities, and market expansion initiatives across Southeast Asia as required. Requirements At least 2 years of relevant experience in data centers, enterprise customers, telecom operators, HVAC/precision cooling, or related industries. Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills , with the ability to clearly communicate product value and solutions. Basic knowledge of sales proposals and quotations , with good proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work effectively with cross-cultural teams and customers . Proactive, target-oriented, and results-driven , with a willingness to travel for customer visits and business development. Fluent in Mandarin, English . Mandarin proficiency is required to effectively communicate and build relationships with Mandarin-speaking customers and business partners. Why Join Us?
