We are committed to providing experienced staff to look after our customers throughout the building process, teamed with exceptional building supervisors and tradespeople to craft our award-winning designed homes. We are seeking a highly motivated and organised applicant with great communication skills to become part of our scheduling team, based in our Osborne Park Office. The role would be suited to a person with a proven history of scheduling/building experience. Our scheduling team are responsible for providing consultation, communication and assistance to our office team, supervisors, trades and suppliers, as well as preparing accurate orders and bills of quantity for the construction of our homes. This role is a key position in the business and requires someone with passion, determination and a proactive nature to provide cost savings and prevent possible issues before they occur. Job tasks and responsibilities Prepare an accurate bill of quantities and price materials and labour to specification Interpret working drawings and price construction details Work with estimating on costs and allowances Provide technical support for office based and site based teams Source new suppliers for more competitive pricing Think outside the box for new ideas that we can implement to build better homes for our clients Skills and experience Experience in role essential (4 years); scheduling, estimating or trade background Minimum 4 years in the residential building industry Ability to read and interpret plans and specification documentation High attention to detail Naturally inquisitive Personal accountability Enjoy working in a team in a high energy environment Benefits and perks Great team environment.
