Responsible for assisting in the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all store and head office employees. Ensures compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and statutory requirements, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of payroll records. Duties & Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for store-based and head office employees. Consolidate and verify timekeeping records (biometrics, DTRs, attendance reports, overtime, undertime, leaves). Compute salaries, allowances, incentives and deductions. Validate payroll adjustments including salary increases, retro pay, final pay, and back pay. Ensure all payroll documents are properly filed and secured. Coordinate with HR regarding new hires, resignations, promotions, disciplinary deductions, and employee status changes. Address payroll-related concerns and inquiries from employees (store and head office). Support internal and external audits by providing required payroll documentation. Assist in the computation of final pay, unused leave conversion, and separation pay (if applicable). Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations on timely release of final pay. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HRDM/Psychology At least 6 months to 1 year experience in payroll processing (retail/FMCG experience is an advantage). Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and payroll compliance. Proficient in MS Excel is an advantage Experience with payroll systems or HRIS is an advantage. High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
