Dealer Parts Interpreter - Truck

Are you an experienced Parts Interpreter with a passion for customer service in the heavy vehicle industry? Join our dealership based in Wiri and play a key role in supporting our customers, technicians, and service teams by delivering the right parts, first time, every time. What You'll Be Doing Identify and supply Genuine IVECO parts and accessories for customers and workshop teams Assist retail, trade, and fleet customers with parts enquiries, pricing, availability, and orders Interpret VIN and chassis information to accurately source parts Support technicians by ensuring parts are available for maintenance and repair work Process quotes, invoices, orders, backorders, returns, and warranty claims Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock control activities Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders What You'll Bring Relevant automotive, heavy vehicle, parts interpretation, or trade qualification preferred Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter, Parts Advisor, or similar role within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry. Strong knowledge of automotive, truck, or commercial vehicle parts Experience using electronic parts catalogues and inventory systems Excellent customer service and communication skills High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment Why Join IVECO?
