About the role You will be working alongside a project manager and site manager in a site coordinator role based on site, working directly with site supervisor and leading hands and reporting to the project manager daily. Key responsibilities Review scope of works, construction drawing specific to site, various site functions such as pre and post reports, toolbox meetings daily Liaise with sub-contractors and clients daily Carry out site inspections and attend sub-contractor meetings Distribute information to site from head office, e.g. updated plans Ensure WH&S and environmental requirements are met Implement extensive site QA and ITP requirements Manage defects on various builders platforms About you Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Building & Construction Management or Civil Engineering or equivalent Concrete construction experience Excellent communication skills both verbal and written White Card Driver's Licence and own car or ute Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Dashpivot Basic understanding of Work Health and Safety Regulations in the construction industry Ability to interpret scope of works and specifications Ability to read and interpret tender drawings with an eye for detail Ability to capture historical information and report on findings About us Azzurri Concrete Group is an established company that offers uncapped career opportunities and a chance to work on a diverse range of projects. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
