As our Residential Property Management division continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious, motivated individual to join our team. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of residential properties while delivering a high standard of service to landlords and tenants. Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, providing regular communication, professional advice and support throughout the tenancy. Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing property inspections and provide clear, detailed reporting to landlords. Proactively manage lease renewals, rent reviews and upcoming vacancies to help maximise the performance of each property. Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, liaising with landlords, tenants and trades to ensure matters are handled efficiently and appropriately. Manage tenancy matters professionally, including rent arrears, breaches and other issues that may arise throughout the tenancy. Provide landlords with informed advice regarding rental market conditions, property presentation, maintenance and rental performance. Maintain accurate property, landlord and tenant records within the property management system. Work collaboratively with the wider Property Management, Leasing, Sales and Administration teams to provide a seamless experience for clients. Stay informed of residential tenancy legislation, compliance requirements and local rental market conditions to provide accurate and professional advice. Key Requirements Qualification in Real Estate Practice supporting eligibility for SA Property Management registration, or a willingness to complete the Property Manager Registration (PMR) Course. Previous property management or real estate experience is highly regarded; however, applicants with strong transferable skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with landlords, tenants and trades. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach challenging situations calmly, professionally and practically. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment. Professional presentation, high ethical standards and attention to detail. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines. Confidence using technology and systems, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Current and valid driver's licence.
