As an Education Specialist, you’ll use your teaching expertise to play a vital role in helping children build confidence, develop essential skills, and reach their potential in literacy and numeracy. What you’ll do In this role, you’ll deliver engaging, evidence-informed educational support across our centres, schools, and online. You will: Provide tailored tutoring and intervention in literacy and numeracy Conduct educational assessments to identify student needs. Develop and evaluate individualised learning plans. Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams (psychologists, speech pathologists, occupational therapists). Contribute to school communities through consultation and professional learning opportunities. Actively participate in professional development to stay at the forefront of best practice. What you’ll bring Teaching qualifications + NESA Proficient Accreditation (or equivalent). Experience teaching literacy and numeracy across age groups.
