Early Childhood Educator Upper Hunter Early Learning Centre - Scone Casual – up to 38 hours per week The role: Council is seeking passionate, energetic and enthusiastic childcare professionals to join our dedicated team. You’ll play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for children aged 0–6 years, working collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality long day care and education programs that support every child’s learning, development and wellbeing. What’s on offer: - $1181.30 – $ 1323.10 per 38 hour week + 12% super and the opportunity for salary progression. This salary range may change pending experience and qualifications. - Career progression and professional development opportunities - Generous leave entitlements - Salary Sacrificing Options - A generous uniform allowance What we need from you: - An approved qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care. - A current Working with Children Check. - A strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices for children aged 0–6 years. - Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the confidence to apply it in creating engaging, inclusive and meaningful learning experiences.
