Event Coordinator Aureo Hotels & Resort Aureo La Union is a first-class luxury resort owned by Ferenzo Holdings and Development Corporation, located in San Fernando, La Union, Philippines. Ferenzo Holdings is a developer that owns the Aureo Resort and is expanding it with an 8-story hotel and convention center to support the local tourism industry. Job Summary: The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events while ensuring excellent client service and seamless event operations. This role focuses on coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver successful events and exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of corporate, social, and special events. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process. Work closely with internal departments to ensure all event requirements are met. Prepare event proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEOs). Conduct site inspections and client meetings to promote event facilities. Monitor event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure smooth execution. Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Events Management, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in event coordination, preferably in the hotel or resort industry. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple events and work under pressure. Willing to work in San Fernando, La Union .
