Job Description The Student Services & Experience Manager (SSEM) role is responsible for ensuring our student experiences remain at the centre of our operations, through overseeing the student services team and supporting them to deliver a welcoming, effective and high standard of support across the student life cycle, from welcoming them to Navitas English and providing ongoing administration, activities, accommodation and student welfare services. Qualifications Essential: Working with Children Check (or appropriate state required documentation) High school certificate or higher Customer service focus with the ability to interact well with people from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds. Highly organised with the ability to multitask, prioritise work, complete tasks under pressure and within tight time frames, with an attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in using tools and systems such as a Student Management System and MS Office skills. Desirable: Previous experience in an administration management role. Knowledge of the ELICOS industry. Experience in student accommodation reservations or similar. Experience dealing with study groups Handling payments and receipting processes.
