Working in our University Partnerships Australasia (UPA) division you’ll be part of a team supporting Navitas’ portfolio of colleges, campuses, and offices. Job Description The Student Services & Experience Officer – Activities (SSEO-Activities) role ensures student experiences remain at the heart of Navitas English’s operations. Through providing a high-level of student support and administration services and gathering and sharing student feedback with the Student Services & Experience Manager (SSEM), the SSEO-Activities guarantees students receive a welcoming and high standard of service throughout their period of study with Navitas English. Qualifications Essential: Commitment to providing a high standard of customer service with previous experience in a busy environment Strong customer service focus when dealing with potential clients Culturally sensitive and patient with an approach to understand student/ customer needs Qualification and/ or a keen interest in sports and outdoor activities Ability to work within a team and independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise work Proficient in MS Office and experience in social media posting High school certificate or higher First Aid Certificate Desirable: Knowledge of the English language industry Experience in an administration role and/ or a sport orientated role Experience using a student management system A second language Additional Information What we offer An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
