About the Role In this role, you will: Deliver engaging and high-quality learning experiences across HASS, Business and/or Economics Inspire curiosity, critical thinking, inquiry, and a deeper understanding of the world through innovative pedagogy Integrate contemporary issues, real-world learning and technology purposefully to enhance student learning and engagement Create a positive and supportive classroom culture where every student is known and valued Collaborate with colleagues to design meaningful and future-focused curriculum experiences Contribute actively to the co-curricular life of the College community Model Christian character and values in all aspects of College life About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT), or eligibility for registration The ability to teach one or more of the following subject areas: HASS, Business and/or Economics Strong knowledge of contemporary teaching, learning, and assessment practices A commitment to evidence-based teaching and innovative learning design Confidence in leveraging technology and real-world contexts to enhance student learning and engagement A collaborative mindset and desire to contribute positively to a high-performing team culture A heart for student wellbeing, growth, and belonging A genuine and active alignment with the Christian mission, values, and ethos of the College Newly graduated teachers are welcome to apply Why join Northside?
