About the role As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting the best possible talents and boosting hiring strategies for TaskUs. You will conceptualize, develop and implement creative, out-of-the-box sourcing strategies and hiring plans to fill FTE requirements. You will build strong business knowledge and integrate into sourcing talent attraction strategies while maintaining accurate internal and external candidate data in real time in staffing systems.
