JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible in processing all attendance-related requests (leaves, overtime, official business, etc.) including late filing adjustments and communication to all stakeholders. Provides monthly timekeeping-related reports such as, but not limited to, reports on overtime hours, absenteeism, tardiness, and unauthorized leaves. Leads in the creation and development of automation projects and manages all system-related improvements and customizations. Conducts benchmarking activities to improve existing policies and coordinates with management and union groups of the revisions as necessary. Represents the team in ISO related audits and ensures compliance to documentation and guidelines. REQUIREMENTS Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or related course. With at least 3 years of experience in timekeeping processing or related; experience in the manufacturing is an advantage. An agile HR practitioner with an exceptional degree of self-leadership, resourcefulness, and analytical skills. Results-driven and output-oriented. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Proactive individual with a high level of integrity and sense of urgency. With keen attention to details and good organizational skills.
