Full Cycle Recruiter

About the role We are in need of a Full Cycle Recruiter for our US Accounts, located in Bridgetown Quezon City. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to candidate onboarding. Key responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to candidate onboarding Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements Create and post job advertisements on relevant job boards and recruitment platforms Source and identify qualified candidates through databases, social media, referrals, and other channels Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening Conduct phone, virtual, or initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain regular communication and build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process Conduct reference checks and assist with background verification when required Prepare and present job offers, including discussing salary and employment terms About you 9 months to 1 year experience Any related Bachelor's Degree Good communications skills Benefits 22 PTO credits US holidays off without deduction from leave credits Paid mandatory benefits HMO/Health Card Onsite incentive allowance 10% night shift differential Annual appraisal Up to 10 leave credits convertible
