Recruitment Specialist (Mid Shift)

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to support end-to-end talent acquisition across Accounting, Finance, Technology, and volume hiring functions. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring professionals across multiple disciplines while managing a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and the ability to deliver quality hires within established timelines. Required Qualifications 3–4 years of recruitment experience with exposure to: Accounting and Finance recruitment Technology/IT recruitment Construction/Engineering High-volume or mass hiring environments Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously. Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms. Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting shared services, BPO, fintech, technology, or multinational organizations. Knowledge of recruitment analytics and workforce planning. Experience hiring for both professional and entry-level positions. Familiarity with employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
