HR Head

A leading global financial services organization is seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Head of Human Resources to align regional HR strategy with core business objectives and manage full employee lifecycle operations across the Philippines, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. Serving as a trusted strategic partner to executive leadership, you will lead end-to-end HR functions, direct organizational development, oversee regional compliance, and lead a high-performing team of 4 HR professionals. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership & Partnership Develop and execute regional HR strategies aligned with global vision and local market needs. Partner closely with senior leadership to identify talent needs, structural gaps, and change management initiatives. Drive organizational development, transformation, and workplace culture initiatives. Talent Management & Operations Oversee recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and leadership development programs. Manage total rewards strategies, performance management systems, L&D, and payroll execution. Harness HR systems, analytics, and data-driven insights to inform executive business decisions. Employee Relations & Compliance Maintain positive employee relations, resolve grievances, and foster continuous engagement. Ensure strict risk management and regulatory compliance with local labor laws across operating regions. Oversee HR administration, wellness programs, policies, and efficient budget allocation. Team Leadership Mentor, delegate to, and build a high-performing team of 4 HR members. Key Requirements 15+ years of progressive, combined HR experience in regional or multi-country setups. Executive Partnership: Proven track record advising C-suite executives (VPs to CEO). Function Expertise: Deep experience leading Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, and L&D. Cross-Border Leadership: Strong expertise in cross-border Organizational Development and Talent Management. HR Models: Direct experience managing a regional HR shared services model. Labor Compliance: Thorough knowledge of local labor laws and employee discipline management.
