Human Resources Officer

About the role As the Human Resources Officer at Dennis M. Timajo Law Office, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's strategic HR initiatives and ensuring the effective management of all HR operations. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. What you'll be doing Overseeing the end-to-end HR service delivery, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development Providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures Developing and implementing effective HR strategies, programmes and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention and overall job satisfaction Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations Collaborating with the leadership team to identify and address workforce-related challenges and opportunities Championing a positive, inclusive and collaborative work culture What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices and talent management principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
