About the role Drainex Engineering & Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking an exceptional Admin cum Account to join our dynamic team in our Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor office. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our client and sales administration processes. What you'll be doing Providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the sales and customer service teams Handling incoming customer enquiries and orders, and ensuring timely and efficient processing Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to sales, invoicing, and accounts receivable Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting tasks Liaising with clients and external stakeholders to address any queries or concerns Supporting the team with various ad-hoc administrative duties as required What we're looking for At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, preferably within the engineering or trading industry Strong numerical and accounting skills, with a good understanding of bookkeeping and financial processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and comfortable with data entry and record-keeping High attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow Required language Mandarin Speaker due to job requirement. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
