Recruitment Supervisor (6-months Project based)

Recruitment Supervisor (Platform) We are looking for a Recruitment Supervisor to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates. This is an Individual Contributor role focused on sourcing, candidate assessment, and partnership with hiring managers. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer and pre-employment. Source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels. Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments. Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill manpower requirements. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Monitor recruitment progress and meet hiring targets and timelines. Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide hiring reports. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field. 3–5 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented. Experience with JobStreet, LinkedIn, and ATS is an advantage.
