HR Specialist – Recruitment & Employee Relations Department: Human Resources Work Schedule: Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (Onsite) Saturday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (WFH, as needed) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist – Recruitment & Employee Relations who can independently handle recruitment requirements while providing strong support in employee relations and day-to-day HR operations. The role will be responsible for recruitment, employee lifecycle coordination, ER documentation, benefits administration, compliance, and HR reporting, working closely with and directly reporting to the HR Supervisor. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Management Independently handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to hiring and onboarding. Manage multiple manpower requirements and maintain an active pool of qualified candidates. Assess candidates and provide recommendations for endorsement. Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, job fairs, and other channels. Coordinate recruitment requirements with hiring managers, clients, and other concerned parties. Monitor recruitment progress, applicant conversion, and manpower fulfillment. Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare regular recruitment reports. Participate in and coordinate job fairs and other recruitment activities. 2. Employee Relations & HR Operations Handle routine employee concerns and HR inquiries and determine matters requiring escalation. Support the HR Supervisor in employee relations cases, including incident documentation, employee communication, and preparation of HR documents. Assist in monitoring attendance, conduct, policy compliance, and other employee-related concerns. Coordinate employee onboarding, movement, regularization, and separation requirements. Assist in the implementation and review of HR policies and procedures. Coordinate HMO, Life Insurance, and other employee benefits. Support employee engagement and other HR programs. Coordinate with clients and deployed employees regarding HR-related concerns when required. 3. HR Compliance, Documentation & Reporting Ensure employee records, 201 files, HR trackers, and required documentation are complete and updated. Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records of recruitment and employee relations activities. Support disciplinary documentation and due-process requirements under the guidance of the HR Supervisor. Assist in HR audits and compliance requirements. Monitor completion of HR documentation and follow up with concerned employees or departments. Maintain confidentiality of employee, client, and company information. Recommend improvements to existing HR processes and workflows. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field . Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant HR experience , with actual exposure to both Recruitment and Employee Relations . Experience handling end-to-end recruitment with minimal supervision. Experience in preparing or assisting with employee relations and disciplinary documentation is preferred. Experience in a manpower agency, recruitment agency, or multi-client environment is an advantage. Working knowledge of Philippine labor practices and basic due-process requirements. Strong communication, interviewing, coordination, and documentation skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple vacancies and employee concerns simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Willing to participate in job fairs, recruitment activities, client meetings, and occasional field assignments. Willing to work onsite and attend a face-to-face interview . What We're Looking For The ideal candidate can work with minimal supervision , take ownership of assigned recruitment requirements, exercise sound judgment in routine HR matters, and recognize when employee concerns should be escalated to the HR Supervisor.
