Job Purpose The role of the Assistant - Accounts is to ensure timely cash inflow for the Company through timely billing / collection, credit control, and administrative support. Key Accountabilities: 1. Billing & Administration Ensure timely and accurate generation of monthly billings by the Management Office. Verify billing information and resolve discrepancies where necessary. 2. Collection & Follow Up Ensure timely issuance of reminder notices and collection-related communications to owners and tenants. Support collection activities by maintaining accurate records of outstanding accounts. 3. Payment Processing Ensure timely and accurate updating of payments received in the system. Reconcile payment records and follow up on any discrepancies identified. 4. Records Managements Maintain accurate billing, collection, and payment records. Ensure proper filing and documentation of credit control-related transactions. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as and when required. Qualifications: Education: Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or other related disciplines. Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Up to 1 year of relevant working experience in credit control, administration or related functions would be an added advantage. Technical Skills: Accounting, audit, and tax knowledge. Basic knowledge in credit control and collection management. Knowledge in QESH Management, HIRARC, ESH legal & other requirements and EHS practices are added advantage. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Analytical and problem-solving ability. Results-driven mindset. Customer-focused approach. Commitment to continuous learning.
